Join the Youth Advisory Council - Youth between the ages of 10 and 16 who would like to make a difference in their community can join the Youth Advisory Council (YAC). The YAC represents the youth voice around community needs and changes. The YAC hosts on-going meetings, community projects and youth activities. Join the Cordova Community Council - The Cordova Community Council (CCC) has been mobilizing community change in Rancho Cordova since 1994.  Reflecting a cross section of the community, the CCC membership includes parents, concerned citizens, youth, businesses, civic and faith-based leaders, school district employees, law enforcement, health and human service providers, recreation agencies and many other organizations that provide services to children and families. The CCC convenes general body meetings each month and hosts on-going community projects and activities. There is no limit to how much financial investment is needed in our community.  Monetary or in-kind contributions, such as meeting space, activity resources, media outreach etc…, support our on-going work as we create positive community change for youth in the community.
