Heroes Joining Hands is The Partnership’s annual Volunteer and Community Supporter Recognition Event. The Partnership acknowledges individuals and organizations that help the Partnership make a difference in the lives of children and families.  Scheduled in late April or early May to coincide with National Volunteer week, Heroes Joining Hands is an opportunity to showcase and thank donors, volunteers, and champions who support our mission and programming.
