We collaborate with many devoted community partners to provide safe, fun spaces and services for the children and families of our community.  Through the Birth & Beyond Community Response Home Visitation Program we serve over 150 families every year. The SafetyNet Services Program serves over 1,200 families every year by providing basic needs such as food, housing, utilities, formula and diapers. Through the Partnership Resource Center over 250 parents improve their parenting abilities by attending workshop series throughout the year.

Every year we match 40 caring adult mentors with 40 youth aged 10- 17 living in Rancho Cordova and Folsom with incarcerated parents through the Roots and Horizons Mentoring Program. Through the REACH Youth Development Program we help to increase support and opportunities for youth in our community through a youth oriented strategy that the youth themselves identify.
